Broken or lost functions in this latest version
Wish I could give it zero stars.
The following has been a problem for over a year.
This last few previous versions broke the spinner that is the alternate to the number pad. Since I use the spinner to enter my mileage and find it invaluable because it shows the mileage of the last entry, and helps me to know that I am entering the mileage for the right vehicle in the app, plus I just find it to be easier to use, the loss of this functionality comes as a great blow to me. As a result I pulled the last version that the spinner still worked out of my computers trash can and downgraded. Unfortunately that version is not compatible with iOS 8 or later.
Now the developers claim that the spinner is no longer compatible with iOS 8 and above. To this I call B***. I am using iOS 7 and the spinner was not working in the last few versions on iOS 7 either which indicates to me that the problem is the coding.
I realize you are in the midst of a rewrite of this app, but if the plan is to drop the wheel entry method, please reconsider your plans.
Additionally the update from a day or two ago introduced a couple of glaring bugs to the app. Hope you put out a quick fix. Do not download, wait for the next version. This one has no next previous buttons to move between the fields as you input your fuel or repair.
I think it is time to look for a new fuel and service log app.
