Dimwits at work

The application works "sort of" OK, but the developers appear to be a tad dimwitted.
Example: The app doesnt provide a consumption value for the most recent tank-full when you fill up, because "you havent used up that fuel yet". Which is logical rubbish, but they havnt understood it.
Or theyve understood are are catatonic, because they dont reply on their forum
Theyve yet to recognise that its necessary to provide clear instructions for importing csv files i.e that there IS a difference in the US and the rest of the world in date conventions.
There also the need for an option in providing an option for currency symbols -there are too many of us working in a language that doesnt match our physical location just to ignore us.
Summary: too much eye candy and not enough logic or real world scenarios.
